A mixed-use building in Kelowna’s commercial core has changed hands. The five-unit, 0.45-acre property at 2333 Hunter Road has sold for $2.6 million. The industrial zone lot was listed for $2.65 million. The sale is set to close Dec. 7 in a deal brokered by Jeff Hancock, Shelby Kostyshen and William Wright Commercial.
