The gunman who shot and killed a teacher and a student in St. Louis was identified Monday night as a former student at the city’s Central VPA High School, where the attack occurred. The shooter, identified by police as 19-year-old Orlando Harris, was shot by armed responders. He graduated from school last year. Authorities noted that it could have been much worse. “The individual had nearly a dozen 30… high capacity magazines on him.
