Emergency services were called to the scene around 04.25 and found a man around 20 with stab wounds. He was rushed to Victoria Hospital in Blackpool and remains in “serious but stable condition”. Dickson Road in both directions is blocked between Walker Street and Queen Street and Springfield Road is also closed.
