A man has been charged with driving under the influence after his vehicle struck a parked car on Lady Smith Drive off Kenmount Road in St. John’s. The accident happened just before 11:00 last night. The RNC impounded the vehicle and driver’s license. The 28-year-old was released to face trial at a later date.
