Shutdown Instagram: Has your account been suspended?

Scores of Instagram users took to Twitter on Monday morning to share that they can’t access their accounts. In some cases, this has led Instagram users to believe that their accounts have been banned or disabled. Fortunately, this is not the case. In an update from its Instagram Communications Twitter account, the company explains: “We know some of you are having trouble accessing your Instagram account. We are looking into it and apologize for the inconvenience.” This is a rather strange interruption. The Instagram app loads for most users, but they can’t access their specific profile pages. Some users are even seeing errors indicating that their accounts have been banned or suspended. Many affected users also see a dramatic drop in their follower count. Having trouble with Instagram this morning? What kinds of errors do you see? Let us know in the comments. I went to check my Instagram DMs this morning and.. I seem to have been hit with the seemingly random account suspensions that many people have been dealing with recently. pic.twitter.com/TMRRX4HLcX — David Imel (@DurvidImel) October 31, 2022 FTC: We use affiliate links that automatically earn you income.
