None of the victims were seriously injured. Police do not believe the parties involved knew each other and have released an image of the man they are trying to identify. DI Paul Watts said: “Following these related incidents, we want to trace this man at the earliest opportunity and are appealing for the public’s help in identifying his whereabouts. “If you see anyone matching this image, please contact the police urgently by calling 999 and quoting 517 of 27/10/22. Please do not approach them. “This investigation is progressing apace and we would like to reassure the public that we will have a highly visible network of officers in London throughout this afternoon ensuring your safety.”
