Photo: RCMP Kelowna RCMP need your help locating 46-year-old Nabyl Dine. Police say Dine is originally from Ontario, but was last seen on Sept. 5 in Kelowna. He is described as five-foot-eight, 175 pounds with black and gray curly hair and brown eyes. “Mr. Dine is an individual who is experiencing homelessness but has not been in contact with his family for nearly two months, which is unusual,” RCMP say.
