The RNC is set to speak publicly today about the shootings in Conception Bay South. Matthew Fowler, 31, will appear in court today on charges stemming from shootings in Foxtrap and Chamberlains that have affected all of northeast Avalon. Police have called a press conference for 11:45 a.m. and VOCM News will be there.
