It’s the weekend, which means it’s time for another Dealmaster. Our latest collection of the best tech deals from around the web includes a great offer for those interested in trying out Apple Music or just wanting to grab a few free music streaming months. As of this writing, Best Buy offers six months of service to new subscribers to rival Apple’s Spotify at no cost. If you are a returning subscriber, meanwhile, you will receive five months free. Apple normally provides one month free trial to new users before charging a monthly fee of $ 10, so this deal has a $ 50 total discount. You will need to provide Best Buy with an email address to redeem the offer and, unfortunately, this agreement does not apply to current Apple Music subscribers. Once you enable the extended test, your subscription will be set to automatically renew by default, but Administrator can confirm that you can turn it off in your account settings without losing access to the free months of service. It took about five minutes for Best Buy to email us a redemption code after placing an order, so do not worry if you do not receive the deal immediately after purchase. We covered the pros and cons of Apple Music in our guide to the best Spotify alternatives earlier this year. Compared to its biggest competitor, Apple’s service tends to place more emphasis on music editing than real people. By no means do I want to convey that I recommend for the mother to be inactive. Apple’s approach can be good or bad, depending on how Spotify fits your taste, but in either case, both services have a huge music library that you can sort into playlists and listen à la carte as you wish. Unlike Spotify, Apple does not offer a free return level, but it can embed music you may already have (in iTunes) into its streaming library and offer higher quality audio with some content (for now, at least). Of course, it’s also more closely integrated with other Apple products — here we look at you, HomePod owners — though it has apps for both iOS and Android. However, if you do not want to switch to a new music service, our collection has plenty of discounts on other gadgets and accessories we love, such as Sony’s still great WH-1000XM4 noise canceling headset, Google Chromecast with Google TV, Sonos Move portable speaker, a truck with computer games, Xbox and PlayStation, Fitbit trackers, high speed SSD and much more. Compared to the newer and more expensive WH-1000XM5 (left), the XM4 is not as comfortable and has more bass sound by default, but can be folded for easier storage and still offer excellent active noise cancellation.
