Prime Video announced that it had ordered the fourth season of The Boys just a week after the appearance of the third season of the Emmy-nominated series on the platform. The opening episodes of the new season attracted a significant global audience in the first three days of the run, apparently up 17% from season 2 and up 234% from season 1. “Boys continue to push the boundaries in storytelling, while at the same time having relentless fun and putting the needle in the social satire that seems very real,” he added. “This stylized world of the series has an incredible worldwide impact and the TV show for the first weekend is proof of that. We are very proud of the cast and crew that created a franchise for Prime Video and look forward to bringing more from The Boys to customers. us”.
