The Name Of The Toronto Police Man 24 Years Old Was Shot To Death Behind The Square

Police were called to 3847 Lawrence Avenue East, west of Orton Park Road, around 8 p.m.  Wednesday for shooting reports.
When they arrived, police located a man in the back of the square who was suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Despite rescue efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
On Thursday, police named the victim Javonte Daley.
Investigators say they are looking for many suspects in the incident.
Daley’s murder is the 29th homicide of the year in Toronto.
