Officers began investigating the incident around 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday when they received a report of a front-end loader hitting a store in the 1300 block of Main Street. The front loader was removed after the crash. The store was closed at the time of the crash. Images from the scene show a 7-Eleven with heavy damage, including a shattered store front and debris throughout the parking lot. Images also show that the sign above the store was destroyed. Police claim the crash was intentional. Officers have yet to locate the front-end loader. The Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
